Michael works relationally, using multiple approaches informed by psychodynamic psychotherapy. He has trained and continues to train and receive supervision in intensive short-term dynamic psychotherapy (ISTDP) and uses this interchangeably with Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

His aim is to help people know themselves more fully and in doing so, become more whole, leading them to live life more freely on their terms. Michael’s post graduate research was in Men’s Health and Ecopsychology.

Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology – Deakin University
Bachelor of Business – Monash University
Advanced Diploma Myotherapy - RMIT
Member of Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) 

 

INVESTMENT
Standard session: $240
If referred by a GP or psychiatrist with a mental health care plan, you will receive a Medicare rebate of $137.05, for an out-of-pocket cost of $102.95 per session.
