My approach to therapy is to work collaboratively with my clients in a supportive and non-judgemental way, to facilitate positive change in their lives. I consider myself to have a warm and relaxed therapeutic style, and prefer to tailor treatment to the goals and needs of my clients.

My practice is informed by evidence-based therapies, with my primary treatment modality being Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I also incorporate aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy (ST), and sleep intervention into my practice.

This means that what we often do in sessions is develop skills in understanding, recognising, and changing unhelpful patterns of thinking or behaviours which can lead to unwanted feelings.
