Growing up, Kendra’s personal and familial experiences exposed her to the wonders of holistic medicine. This was the driving factor behind her perusing a career as a Naturopath and mission to help others utilising natural therapies.

Kendra is dedicated to educating, empowering and improving the health of others within a warm and welcoming environment. Kendra has a special interest in all hormonal and endocrine health related conditions, including preconception, pregnancy and post-natal support and menstrual cycle awareness.

By adopting a holistic approach to your health journey, Kendra provides a tailored treatment plan specific to your health concerns. Your treatment may consist of herbal/nutritional formulas, food as medicine, dietary and lifestyle guidance alongside handouts and take home resources.

Furthering her education, Kendra has completed training in Natural Fertility Education and is currently undertaking an Advanced Fertility Certification.
